Rositsa Maksimova was born on 17 August 1992 in the town of Momchilgrad, Bulgaria. She studied Biotechnology and in 2016 graduated from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". In 2019 she graduated from University of Food Technologies - Plovdiv with a Master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering Technology (UFT), awarded with the prize for "Best Master Thesis, UFT, alumni 2019". Having 3 years of experience as a Biotechnologist. Currently working as an engineer practicing a freelance profession with a master's degree in Computer Systems and Technology. Involved in music band (as the soloist) since 2009, cultural events and programs' leading, creative in making and styling websites. On 17 August 2019 founded Studio Rossi RM where creates products with finesse. Taking part in research projects at UFT as an author of a number of scientific publications in journals indexed in databases such as Scopus.
In 2019 publishes an e-book named "Open source computer system for data acquisition - MTR" as a product of the master's thesis. The designation of the book, as well as all ideas inside, are for all readers who love computer systems and technologies as its aim is not only to present the master's work of the author but also to inspire readers to innovative applications of the MTR system in various scientific fields.

Momchilgrad is located in the southeastern part of the Eastern Rhodopes, along the Varbitsa River. The town is the second most populated in the district after the district center of Kardzhali. In the immediate vicinity of the village of Tatul in Momchilgrad, an archaeological find called the "Orpheus' Sanctuary" was discovered, which is said to be the tomb of the legendary singer Orpheus.
